Scorched Thorn™ Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Scorched Thorn™. We're dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you're not entirely pleased with your order, please read our return policy below to facilitate a smooth return process.


Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
  2. Condition: Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags attached.
  3. Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product you receive has a defect or is not what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately to facilitate an exchange or refund.

Non-returnable Items:

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We highly recommend reviewing your design and size specifications before finalizing a custom order.


How to Make a Return:

Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@scorchedthorn.com to start the return process.  Do not send anything back to us until you have received authorization from us to send the return.

Packing: Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we do not provide prepaid return labels; you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items.

Include Order Details: Ensure you include your order number, name, and reason for the return.

Shipping: Mail the return package to:

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.


Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.


Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • Scorched Thorn™ is not responsible for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
